Hello Parkwood Friends!
I hope everyone is staying warm and safe this wonderful month of Groundhog Day and Valentine’s Day. We have a lot of great updates to share with you this month, so I’m going to jump right in.
First, floor plan brochures.
Please go to our free brochure website (ParkwoodLife.com/FreeBrochure), and you will find a short form in the middle of the page that asks you to input your name, email, and phone number. You will be given the option to download the free brochure.
Second, starting rates.
In the brochure, you will see the starting rates for our apartment homes, including studio, 1-bedroom, and 2- bedroom options, on the top of the page titled “Our Complete Collection of Apartment Homes.” Please remember, our starting rates are comparable to similar senior living type communities in Sioux Falls and their accompanying month-to-month rental rates. Don’t be fooled by lower rates in other communities because they may be reduced due to membership fees. As I have been in Sioux Falls several years now and know how the communities here work, please don’t hesitate to call me and ask any questions you may have. I’ll be happy to help explain rates to you to make sure you are comparing them correctly. I’m happy to be a trusted resource for you.
Third, upcoming events.
We are going to have our first prospective resident meeting on Wednesday, March 29, at the Country Club of Sioux Falls from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. If you would like to attend this event, please RSVP by sending an email to parkwood@transformingage.org and tell me your name and how many people will be coming with you. I look forward to meeting many of you in person!
Fourth, office meetings.
We are in the process of setting up a sales office where you will soon be able to schedule personal meetings with me. Please stay tuned on how you can set up these meetings.
Fifth, communications.
Hopefully you are keeping up with the new pictures and information on our Community Updates page on our website and on Facebook. If not, be sure to follow us in both places.
